We guarantee 30-days unconditional money back after any license purchase with a credit card. We cannot offer money back if you pay not with a credit card. We also don't offer money back for purchased version upgrades.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, write to refund@almworks.com. Please do not forget to mention your order number or support ID. We will ask you for a signed letter of software destruction; you will have to delete the software and all license keys that have been sent to you from all your computers and storage. Refunds are handled by our partner, Digital River GmbH.
