Standard Support
When you purchase a license you also get standard support contract with one year term. After support contract expires, you may purchase a prolongation. Standard support includes:
- E-mail assistance: we confirm your request during 1 business day and help you to solve a problem or find a workaround;
- Free upgrades: all new versions are available to you free of charge;
- Voting for issues: your requests for features get more weight and make these features appear faster;
- Private forum for owners of the support contract;
- Online resources: discussion board, knowledge base, issue database.
Self-service
The following resources are available for everyone:
- Free minor upgrades and patches (if you have version 1.3, you will get 1.4 for free, but not 2.0);
- Self-service resources - issue database, knowledge base and discussion board.
We try to help everybody, so please post your problems or questions to the discussion board. Not having standard support means that we cannot guarantee the time when we reply to your post, but we'll reply anyway.
